Shipping policy
SHIPPING INFO:
We always take the most care in packaging your selections. When you receive a package from SHADOW + BRODY, we want it to be a shopping experience for you when you unbox your selections.
Our primary shipping providers are USPS & FedEx.
We offer FREE Shipping on orders of $150.00 or more.
Use the code FREESHIP at checkout to have free shipping applied to your order.
If, for any reason, you do not apply the code at checkout on a qualifying order & were charged shipping, you will receive a refund of the shipping amount back to your original form of payment.
ORDER PROCESSING:
We strive to ship your selections within five business days from the time of purchase during regular shopping periods. However, during peak holiday seasons, we may experience longer shipping times from both our studio and shipping providers. We recommend shopping early for holiday gifts.
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Once your selections have been shipped, you will receive tracking information on your order.
SHIPPING INSURANCE: If your order is shipped via USPS, shipping insurance will be included with the package as provided by USPS.
If you would like to purchase additional insurance, please contact us before checking out, and we will assist you in purchasing the necessary coverage.
ONCE YOUR PARCEL HAS SHIPPED:
Unfortunately, we have no control over your package once it leaves the studio.
If, for any reason, a situation arises during the shipping process, we will be happy to offer our full assistance to provide you with updated information on your parcel as we receive it from the shipping provider.
If your package is lost, we will provide you with all the necessary information for you to file a claim with the provider for a refund. We do not initiate refunds on your behalf. This is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
