Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item/items you would like.
Our policies for exchanges/shop credit:
We offer a 10-day return/shop credit policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a shop credit or exchange, provided the item is returned in its original condition, unused, unworn, and unaltered.
It should have the original tags still attached. You will also need to provide the order number from the original purchase.
To initiate a return/shop credit/exchange, please contact us at stevi@shadowbrodydesigns.com. We will be happy to supply you with instructions on how to return your item/items to us & receive an exchange/store credit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as bath & body products, beauty items), as well as any edible/consumable product.
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials or flammable liquids. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Shop Credit
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the Shop Credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically sent a Shop Credit in the form of a shop Gift Card with the full amount of the purchased items' price, minus shipping charges if applicable.
